This biscuit bar chocolate coating machine includes a chocolate dripping machine and a cooling tunnel, which is specially designed for coating chocolate on biscuit bars. The machine is made of all stainless steel and is used to make high-quality pure chocolate or compound chocolate coating on biscuits.
This Pocky bar coating machine adopts electric, gas, and photoelectric tracking control, with a high degree of automation, uniform dipping liquid level, smooth product appearance, and uniform coating surface thickness. After the first coating, sprinkle with granular material, then cool slightly, apply the second coating, and then enter the cooling tunnel.
The Pocky bar coating machine starts with manual feeding of baked biscuit bars, which are manually put into the biscuit hopper, and the biscuit bars automatically fall into the mold. The pusher pushes the biscuit bars horizontally into the clamp hole, and the clamp holds the biscuit bars tightly; driven by the chain, the biscuit bars move downward; then the clamp moves forward, and the chocolate cream groove moves up and down to wrap the chocolate on the biscuit bars, and vibrates slightly to remove excess chocolate cream; after chocolate wrapping, the clamp moves forward to the cooling tunnel; after cooling, the biscuit bars can be packaged.

How to achieve continuous chocolate liquid feeding?
500L Chocolate melting tank
For continuous chocolate liquid feeding, we customize customer a small size 500L chocolate melting tank, the 500L chocolate melting tank has heating pipes inside which are used to heat and melt chocolate blocks into liquid.
Chocolate pump
The 5 M3 chocolate feeding pump is used to connect the chocolate enrober machine and the chocolate melting tank. Chocolate liquid will be transferred from the melting tank to the enrober tank by accurate ration. The jacketed connecting pipes are used to connect all the machines to transfer chocolate liquids.
