The Commercial type chocolate enrobing machine with cooling tunnel is designed for making chocolate coated products, such as protein bar, energy bar, cereal bar, granola bars, energy ball, date ball, truffles, cookies, biscuits, crackers, pies, cakes, breads, wafer sticks, egg rolls, fruits, nuts, candy bars, donuts and so on.

The commercial chocolate enrober machine has 4 models for customer to choose: PE8, PE15, PE30 and PE60. The PE15 Commercial chocolate coating machine tank capacity is 15kg chocolate per batch. The cooling tunnel has a 3P refrigerator installed inside the tunnel chamber, the imported band copeland refrigerator unit guarantees the cooling tunnel with stable quality and strong cooling performance. The commercial cooling tunnel has a total length of 3.2 meter long and belt width 200mm. The cooling tunnel length can be customized according to customer's requirements.
For continuous chocolate supplying in the chocolate enrobing line, chocolate melting tank and chocolate pump can be added in addition to the small chocolate enrobing machine as the optional equipment. The chocolate melting tank is used to melt the chocolate into liquid and for warm keeping, the chocolate pump is used for chocolate liquid transferring to the chocolate enrobing machine tank.
There are two options for chocolate coating: 1. Chocolate covering machine with cooling tunnel. 2. Chocolate coating machine with cooling fan conveyor. Cooling tunnel is much bigger size compared to the fan cooling conveyor, but the choclate enrobing machine with cooling fan conveyor is mostly used in shops, kitchen or at home. The chocolate enrobing machine with cooling tunnel can be used for industrial purpose. We have industrial type chocolate enrobing line for customer to choose, the industrial type chocolate enrobing line is with much bigger size and much longer cooling tunnel.
The small chocolate coating machine and the cooling tunnel can be freely collocated, cusotmer can replace the PE15 small chocolate coating machine by PE8 and PE30 model, PE60 small chocolate coating machine needs a bigger cooling tunnel with belt width 400mm.

The Enrobing Machine and Cooling Tunnel:
The Cooling Tunnel is a long structure with imported cooling unit inside,which is similar to large refrigerator. This freezing tunnel will work with our Enrobing Machine for coated chocolate food.The cooling tunnel unit we use is famous brand Copeland and the power is 3.5KW,which can create good and fast cooling effect. The cooling tunnel can be custom-made by different tunnel length and compressor power. we can customized 4meter, 6meter, 8meter and 10 meter cooling tunnel with 3P, 5P or 8P compressor according to customer's requirements.
The Chocolate enrobing Machine for sale will create a waterfall of liquid chocolate and the products that need be coated will move through the chocolate waterfall paste before they move down the Cooling Tunnel. Once coated, the the food will pass under an air curtain and over a vibrating plate to remove the excess chocolate.Then the chocolate coated food will continue to go through the Cooling Tunnel for cooling or drying.
How to achieve continuous chocolate liquid feeding?
100L Chocolate melting tank
For continuous chocolate liquid feeding, we customize customer a small size 100L chocolate melting tank, the 100L chocolate melting tank has heating pipes inside which are used to heat and melt chocolate blocks into liquid.The chocolate melting tank can directly connect to our small or large chocolate enrobing line to provide continuous chocolate paste feeding,which can add the chocolate enrobing efficiency.
The 5 M3 chocolate feeding pump is used to connect to the chocolate enrober machine and the chocolate melting tank. Chocolate liquid will be transferred from the chocolate melting tank to the enrober tank by accurate ration. The jacketed connecting pipes are used to connect all the machines to transfer chocolate liquids.

How to operate our small chocolate enrober?
Customer just need to connect to the electricity properly after after receiving our small chocolate enrobing machine, put the solid chocolate blocks into the melting port, set up the temperature up to 36 Celsius to melt the chocolate block, then cool down to 27 Celsius and heat up to 32 Celsius again until you can get the chocolate liquid the melting port.Then run the chocolate enrober,the melting wheel will rotate and create a wafterfall so that the food can to through for coating. Lastly, put the food that you need coat on the chocolate enrober belt and it will be coated fully or partly by going through the waterfall of the chocolate liquid.
Do you have cooling tunnel for chocolate enrober and what kind cooling tunnel you have?
Usually the customer need add a cooling tunnel after the chocolate enrober to set up a complete enrober chocolate line. The chocolate enrober cooling tunnel belt width can be customized according to the chocolate enrober belt width.Normally the chocolate enrober capacity will have different cooling tunnel belt size.Let's take our 8KG-30KG small chocolate enrober for an example,we use 3.2 meter cooling tunnel for all our small chocolate enrobing machine,the cooling tunnel belt width we use is 200mm for 8kg/15kg and 30kg capacity one batch,but 300mm belt width for our 60kg small chocolate enrober.
The mini chocolate enrober cooling tunnel that we use is a 3P copeland refrigerator, USA.The 3P copeland refrigerator will have stable cooing effect,which will not be affected by the external temperature.We don't suggest a smaller one like 2P even it's very cheap, but the 2P refrigerator can not achieve the ideal cooling results and in some hot countries 2P refrigerator will stop working if the room temperature is high.If the customers are making chocolate coated energy bar or chocolate coated ball food,the fast cooling for the chocolate coated food is very imporant,especially when you are going to connect a flow wrapping machine to the cooling tunnel to do the packing.
