500L Electric heating pipes double jacketed chocolate melting tank is our 500L capacity chocolate melting tank used for chocolate block melting for continuous supply of chocolate liquid for chocolate production. The chocolate melting tank is double jacketed with warm water recycling to keep the chocolate liquid warm at a certain temperature, it is also inserted with electric heating pipes for fast chocolate block melting, the chocolate mixing tank has the mixing shaft at the bottom to keep the liquid stirring, and a outlet to connect connection pipes to chocolate transfer pump, the chocolate pump will take the liquid to the chocolate tempering machine, chocolate enrober machine or chocolate moulding machine. 

The chocolate holding tank has different capacties for customer to choose, we have minumum 100L chocolate holding tank ans maximum 2000L chocolate holding tank. The 100L chocolate holding tank is normally used for small chocolate production, such as our small chocolate enrober, the 2000L chocolate holding tank is used for industrial chocolate production line.
