Tabletop manual chocolate tempering moulding machine is our tabltop type small chocolate moulding machine used for making chocolates or chocolate coated products. The tabletop chocolate moulding machine is mini sized which is suitable for commercial use and home use. The tabletop chocolate molding machine is little space occupied and with button controls to adjust the speed and temperature.
The small chocolate molding machine consists of melting pot, rolling wheel and depositing nozzle. The melting pot is the major part used for melting chocolate blocks into liquid, the rolling wheel transfer the melted chocolate liquid to the depositing nozzle. Then manual operation is required by taking the chocolate mould under the deposting nozzle for chocolate injection, after the chocolates are filled into the chocolate mould, the mould will be taken for cooling. The manual chocolate moulding machine can also used melted chocolate for covering food, such chocolate covered straberries, chocolte covered cakes, chocolate coated snack bars, etc.
The small chocolate depositor machine can do physical tempering to be used as a manual chocolate tempering machine. The tempering steps are: 1. Heating the chocolate in the chocolate melting pot temperature up to 36 °; 2. Stop heating, keep the chocolate liquid mixing to cool down the temperature to 27 ° or pour the chocolate onto a marble table for quick mixing cooling; 3. Heating again in the chocolate melting pot to achieve 32 °. The physical chocolate tempering process will make the chocolate much more exquisite and shiny and better taste.
Except to be used as a manual chocolate tempering machine and a manual chocolate depositing machine, the mini chocolate moulding machine can be assembled to be a chocolate enrober machine to make chocolate coated food by adding a enrobing device and a bottom frame.
