The CE certificated chocolate dipping enrobing machine for snack food is designed for coating chocolate or other coating around snack food or on bottom of snack food, such as cereal bars, energy bars, protein bars, candy bars, rice bites, wafers and wafer stick, birthday cakes, cakes, breads, rolls, pies, muffins, snacks, candies, confectionery, maamoul and mooncakes, cookies, biscuits, crackers, cake ball, date ball and chocolate truffles, mochi, dates.
The mini chocolate dipping machine adopted fully stainless steel wire drawing production,it is totally conformed with food standard.Chocolate enrober sensor ensure the electric control sensitivity and temperaturepreserve efficiency,which can achieve the uniform chocolate tempering.The small chocolate enrobing machines offer a precise and consistent process that ensures an end product with a consistent weight, uniform thickness and a perfect finish.
The chocolate enrober machine has 4 models for customer to choose: PE8, PE15, PE30 and PE60. The PE15 Commercial chocolate coating machine tank capacity is 15kg chocolate per batch. The cooling tunnel has a 3P refrigerator installed inside the tunnel chamber, the imported band copeland refrigerator unit guarantees the cooling tunnel with stable quality and strong cooling performance. The commercial cooling tunnel has a total length of 3.2 meter long and belt width 200mm. The cooling tunnel length can be customized according to customer's requirements.
For continuous chocolate feeding in the chocolate enrobing line, chocolate melting tank and chocolate pump can be added in addition to the small chocolate enrobing machine as the optional equipment to improve the enrobing chocolate efficiency. The chocolate melting tank is used to melt the chocolate into liquid and for warm keeping,which save much time on chocolate melting, the chocolate pump is used for chocolate liquid transferring to the chocolate enrobing machine tank.
There are two options for enrobing chocolate: 1. Chocolate enrobing machine with cooling tunnel. 2. Chocolate coating machine with cooling fan conveyor. Cooling tunnel is much bigger size compared to the fan cooling conveyor, but the choclate enrobing machine with cooling fan conveyor is mostly used in shops, kitchen or at home. The chocolate enrobing machine with cooling tunnel can be used for industrial purpose. We have industrial type chocolate enrobing line for customer to choose, the industrial type chocolate enrobing line is with much bigger size and much longer cooling tunnel.

The Enrobing Machine and Cooling Tunnel:
The Cooling Tunnel is a long structure with imported cooling unit inside,which is similar to a refrigerator. This cooling or freezing tunnel works in conjunction with our Enrobing Machine.The freezing tunnel unit we use is famous brand Copeland and the power is 3.5KW,which can create good and fast cooling effect. The cooling tunnel can be custom-made by different tunnel length and compressor power. we can customized 4meter, 6meter, 8meter and 10 meter cooling tunnel with 3P, 5P or 8P compressor according to customer's requirements.
The chocolate Enrobing Machine can create a waterfall of liquid chocolate, which can make the products move through before they move down the Cooling Tunnel. Once coated, the chocolated covered food can pass under an air curtain and over a vibrating plate to remove the excess chocolate. They then continue through the Cooling Tunnel where they slowly set before reaching the Offload Room. These chocolates are then packaged up and stored in our Chocolate Room, or immediately hand packed depending on demand.

What sizes / types of enrobers are available?
Generally, the body of the chocolate enrober is made from stainless steel to minimize contamination. Enrobers come in a wide array of sizes, ranging from industrial sized machines – with over 400mm belts that process thousands of items per hour – to much smaller machines, with belts as narrow as 180mm. Generally the wider the belt, the higher melting pot capacity per batch the enrober will generate.Also will match the longer cooling tunnel to dry the chocolate well.
