1.Automatic Encrusting Machine
Automatic Encrusting And Forming Machine can make either stuffed or non-stuffed products with a simple change of shutters;such as Kubba(kibbeh), Falafel, mooncake, maamoul, pineapple cake, mochi, ice cream mochi, meatball, energy ball, filled cookies, fruit bar, chocolate bar, and so on (different food with different device). The fillings could be jam, chocolate, mochi, ice cream mochi, bean paste, minced meat, paste mixed with small nuts (sesame, corn, peanut), etc.Papa automatic encrusting machine is equipped with Delta intelligent touch control panel and PLC computer system to adjust the speed, weight, size, and the proportion of skin and filling. With more than 60 sets of product data record, users can apply automatic machines to mass production. The maximum capacity of the product can be 90 pieces per minute.
2.Protein bar extruding machine
Papa small protein bar extruding machine consist of extruder, bar cutting conveyor. It is small type machine which we specially designed for small capacity business use. It is suitable for making different Energy Bar without filling inside. Special design moulds and horizontal designed for better dough transfering working method make it more stable working condition and high reputation from customers.The Small protein bar making machine is controlled by PLC program and operated by screen panel. All settings are done in the touch screen,which includes each section speed adjustment and memory settings.
3.Energy ball making machine
Automatic Protein Ball Machine is composed of protein ball extruder and energy ball rounder roller machine and automatic powder coating machine. The energy ball machine is designed independently by our our Papa's engineers team.It is easy to making ball shape food with fillings and without fillings. The date ball rounder machine can make your products more rounder than hand making meanwhile can improve the production efficiency highly.
4.Automatic Cereal bar machine
The full automatic cereal bar making machine adopts the new advanced European technology and design, with high configuration and quality and it make cereal bars, granola bars, energy bars, nuts bars, protein bars, nougat candy bars, muesli bars, nutrition bars, seed bars, rice bars, and so on.
