Specifications: 

The functionality of each machine is very clear. The date ball stuffing machine mainly cuts the date dough into small pieces of equal weight. Then through the conveyor belt, the small doses enter the spheronizing machine. The rolling disc rotates at high speed to beat the irregular small doses into balls, and then enters the powder coating machine. The powder coating machine flips at a constant speed to form powdery powder on the surface. Date balls are evenly shredded with fine coconut.

The rotary table coating machine is used for large production of coconut flakes/sugar powder/coco powder/smashed nuts/chocolate sprinkles coated ball products or cookies. The dough ball cutted by the P160 Automatic encrusting machine will automatically drop to the rotary table coating machine for outside coating, then the coated products will transfered to the container or conveyor by the mesh belt.

Chocolate enrober is used for coat chocolate around food or on bottom of food, the commercial chocolate enrober machine is small sized and easy operation. 4. Planetary mixer
