Papa automatic French bread baguette processing machine consist of dough pressing machine, bread filling machine,dough divider,forming machine,filling machine, bread blade cutter machine and bread pinching cutter machine.The toast bread loaf production line takes the prefabricated pastry dough through the conveyor belt and enters the three roller main flaky pastry forming machine with a dividing mechanism. After three times of pressing, shaping, thinning, and filling, it is closed by a pinching cutter machine to finally be a round dough shape.
Automatic Baguette bread production line features:
1. The dough is rolled and stretched by two pressing wheels and a rolling device to make the dough more shiny and stable in quality.
2. Each pressing wheel has a thickness adjustment device to set the thickness of the dough to increase or decrease the weight of the product.
3. The speed of the dough is controlled by the electric eye between the pressing wheel and the rolling device, so that the dough will not be broken or blocked due to the too fast conveying speed of the host.
4. After the last main machine pressing wheel, the dough will fall on the main machine conveyor belt, and then the dough will be rolled into strips through the reel and auxiliary reel.
5. Finally, it is closed, divided into groups and formed by a pinching cutter machine.

3. Sesame sprinkler and yolk brusher
The sesame sprinkler and yolk brusher is used for bread top seame sprinkling and yolk brushing. It is mainly used for bread rolls and buns. The sesame and yolk will make the product shiny and more delicious.
4. Puff pastry dough sheeting machine
The puff pastry dough sheeting machine is used in the puff pastry production line for making cripsy sheet, the dough sheeting machine continuous roll the dough back and forth to be strenched to reach paper-thin dough.
5. Dough presser
