The Industrial Chocolate biscuit coating machine can create one or more than two different “waterfall” of chocolate liquid for one or two different coating on the products.The biscuit that need be coated can go through the chocolate waterfall paste before they move down the freezing Tunnel. Once coated, the biscuit food will pass under an air curtain and over a vibrating plate to remove the excess chocolate.Then the chocolate coated food will continue to go through the Cooling Tunnel for cooling or drying.
The industrial biscuit chocolate coating line normally is connected after the food forming machine, such as protein bar production line, granola bar production line, cookie production, biscuit production, bread production line and so on. As for which chocolate enrobing line model to choose ,it depends on the food forming machine belt size. Our chocolate enrobing line can be customized for the specific height for customer. Customer can use the chocolate enrobing machine alone if he doesn't have the food making machine, they need to take the food to the chocolate enrobing line by hand or by a extra conveyor to finish the food enrobing.

The industrial chocolate enrobing machine is a special automatic equipment for production colored chocolate products. The enrober machine has the functions of full coating, bottom coating and partial coating, and integrates chocolate enrobing and cooling.

How to achieve continuous chocolate liquid feeding?
500L Chocolate melting tank
For continuous chocolate liquid feeding, we customize customer a small size 500L chocolate melting tank, the 500L chocolate melting tank has heating pipes inside which are used to heat and melt chocolate blocks into liquid.
The 5 M3 chocolate feeding pump is used to connect the chocolate enrober machine and the chocolate melting tank. Chocolate liquid will be transferred from the melting tank to the enrober tank by accurate ration. The jacketed connecting pipes are used to connect all the machines to transfer chocolate liquids.
