Description:

The new upgraded Powder bar making machine is horizontal designed for better dough transfering, and driven by two PE screw inside the stainless steel flat feeding hopper, the screw will transfer the pre-mixed dough to the rectifier for dough equally distribution, then the dough come out from the customized extursion nozzle to form a bar and finally conveyored and cutted by a separate vertical protein bar cutting machine.

The new upgraded powder bar making machine is controlled by PLC program and operated by screen panel. All settings are done in the touch screen,which includes each section speed adjustment and memory settings. 

The new upgraded poweder bar making machine can make different shape by installing different nozzle mold, like bar shape, round shape, disc shape, bites shape, pyramid shape, etc. It is avaibale to make protein bar, date bar, fruit bar, energy bar, power bar, nutrition bar, coconut bar, cookies and so on.
