Bakery China is jointly organized by the China Association of Bakery and Confectionery Industry (CABCI) and Beijing Bakery Exhibition Co., Ltd. and was founded in 1997. Bakery China is the leading bakery and confectionery industry event in the Asia-Pacific region, serving the entire bakery and confectionery market value chain. The exhibition will showcase a wide range of bakery ingredients, equipment, packaging and services, providing a communication platform for leading professionals and buyers from around the world to share the latest innovations and concepts in production, distribution, research and development, applications and related services in the bakery industry.
The 27th Bakery China will be held at the Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) from May 19 to 22, 2025, with an exhibition area of 330,000 square meters. More than 2,200 exhibitors and 400,000 visitors are expected to visit.
