Papa has been specialized in the snack food industry for more than eight years, since we successfully produced the first energy bar extruder machine in 2014, we spend a lot of time and money to develop new machines according to customers' production requirements and different materials every year. Our multi-row extruder is developed and produced according to the customer's need to produce hard bar with high production speed.

All the metal parts of the machine are made of durable and excellent 304 stainless steel material, including the extrusion screw, the energy bar extrusion machine is controlled by PLC program and controlled by touch panel, which ensures the machine runs fast and stable. All settings are made on the touch screen, including speed adjustment of each section and memory settings.

We use high-power motors and all strong 304 stainless steel screws for this machine. The strong torque that produced can make the full 304 stainless extrusion screw to extrude the hard and dense ingredients,the finished six rows of protein energy bar can be pushed out via the customzied extrusion mold stability and synchronously, which solves the problem that most multi-row machines on the market cannot handle hard material and cannot output synchronously.
