Coconut bar is a very popular energy bar food,which usess shredded coconut, coconut oil, sugar or maple syrup as the major materials, as a coconut bar making machine, the coconut mixture need to be extruded in the coconut bar extruder at a good time before it becomes cool and hard, then the coconut bar cutting machine just cut it and conveyor it. The P307 Small coconut bar machine consist of the coconut bar extruder and coconut date bar cutting machine,the date bar extruder is horizontal designed for better dough transfering, and driven by two PE spirals inside the stainless steel flat feeding hopper, the sprials will transfer the pre-mixed dough to the rectifier for dough equally distribution, then the dough comes of the custom made nozzles to form a bar and finally conveyored and cutted by a separate vertical fruit bar cutting machine.

The P307 Small energy bar making machine is controlled by PLC program and operated by screen panel. All settings are done in the touch screen,which includes each section speed adjustment and memory settings.

The small coconut bar machine can also work with our small chocolate enrober,which can coat one layer of chocolate liquid of the coconut date bar,that's also called the chocolate coconut bar food.
